The conference fee includes the cost of participation, conference materials, accompanying events, the welcome party, a conference dinner, conference grill, conference excursion as well as coffee breaks and lunches. It does not include accommodation but a special discount has been negotiated for the participants staying in the symposium hotel (please see “Accommodation” section).

For participants of the Surfactants in Solution (SIS2022) conference held in Lublin on 11-16 September 2022 (https://sis2022.umcs.eu) the conference fee is reduced by PLN 400, i.e. it is equal to the Student fee. Upon request a free transport from Lublin after the SIS2022 conference will be organized directly to the ISSHAC conference venue.

Polish participants:

Stawka VAT na usługi konferencyjne wynosi 23%, jednakże w przypadku, gdy udział opłacany jest w co najmniej 70% ze środków publicznych, możliwe jest zwolnienie z podatku VAT. Jeśli udział w konferencji będzie finansowany w minimum 70% ze środków publicznych i jednostka wnosi w związku z tym o wystawienie faktury zwolnionej z VAT, to warunkiem otrzymania takiej faktury jest przesłanie podpisanego oryginału oświadczenia w tej sprawie na adres: Jolanta.Narkiewicz-Michalek@umcs.lublin.pl
