The conference fee covers lunches and coffee breaks on all conference days as well as all conference events including the conference dinner, conference grill, wlecome party and conference excursion to Kazimierz Dolny. The registartion fee does not cover accommodation costs.
Osoby z Polski, finansujące udział w konferencji w całości ze środków publicznych, mogą skorzystać ze zwolnienia z podatku VAT (wliczonego w koszt opłaty konferencyjnej). Warunkiem skorzystania ze zwolnienia jest niezwłocznie przesłanie po dokonaniu płatności i otrzymaniu faktury VAT oświadczenia w formie papierowej na adres:
